A yearly highlight from Sugar Cane, the Okinawa jeans return in strictly limited numbers, making them one of the brand's hardest-to-find releases.

At the heart of this model is Sugar Cane's exclusive "Lot. 301" denim, woven from an even blend of cotton and sugar cane fibres. The sugar cane content comes from bagasse—the natural fibre left behind after sugar production—which is recycled into the fabric to create a denim with a unique texture and feel. Thanks to the amino acids naturally present in the fibres, the fabric also offers antibacterial, deodorising, and antistatic qualities.

Created exclusively for the Okinawa collection, the denim is rope-dyed using a custom blend of Ryukyu indigo and Okinawan indigo. This process gives the fabric a deep, rich indigo base with warm red undertones that become increasingly pronounced as the jeans age and fade.

Special details set this release apart from Sugar Cane's core collection. The waistband patch is cut from genuine python leather and finished with a lacquered logo, adding a distinctive touch that reflects the craftsmanship behind the garment.

The fit follows Sugar Cane's celebrated 1947 pattern (Lot No. SC41947), featuring a classic regular straight silhouette with a balanced rise and timeless proportions inspired by vintage American workwear.
