SHIPPING

Any order you place gets packed up properly then we send it over with a tracked shipping service. Shipping cost depends on where the customer is located and it's calculated by our store automatically just before you pay. It is free for any order over 100 €.

World : 8 -15 working days

 

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

In case you don't get your order within the period agreed please get in touch with us through the contact button on our website. Make sure the email you insert while ordering is actually active and working so we can get in touch anytime needed.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Make sure the address you saved on your paypal account is the right one to avoid any kind of issue while delivering the goods. Please don’t forget to fill the sheet with all the infos required and please insert a phone number you actually use.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To be eligible for a return it’s important to contact us within 14 working days starting from the delivery date. Please return the product with a local courier service by yourselves

It’s essential that returned products are intact, not worn, not stained, not washed. Without traces of deodorant or smoking. Products must be returned with the label attached and in the packaging. 

 

REFUNDS

Only items received damaged or failed will be refunded or replaced.
